Hubbub Theatre Company, based in Derby and serving the Derby City Council area, stands as a dynamic creative organisation dedicated to championing creative expression within a fully inclusive environment. At the core of all its operations are principles of co-leadership, co-creation, equity, and kindness, with Learning Disabled and Autistic company members actively co-leading all projects and performances. The company draws on over a decade of experience in making performances for diverse settings, including festivals, theatres, schools, and events, providing a direct platform for participants to express themselves creatively.

Hubbub Theatre offers invaluable opportunities, including free weekly creative sessions specifically for young people aged 13 to 18, ensuring wider access to the performing arts without financial barriers. These no-cost activities are part of a flexible engagement model that also includes regular weekly clubs, one-off workshops, and events, catering to varied schedules and interests. Participants can develop a range of physical skills, with engaging work incorporating elements such as acrobatics and circus, actively promoting physical development and an active approach within the performing arts.
